Excellent customer service. They were prompt courteous and very professional. It rained right after they were putting the finishing touches on the concrete so they covered the area with plastic and waited until the rain stopped to finish the project again. I forgot to mention it rained twice. My point is they were very patient and attentive concidering my job wasn't that big and the had a much larger concrete job to do after mine.

Richey Construction rebuilt my back porches. Professional & conscientious. Mr. Richey gave detailed explanations of the work he was doing throughout the project. He updated me at the end of each day on what he accomplished and what he expected to complete on the next day. He made several suggestions and also shared various options with me that ensured that he built exactly what I wanted.
