There are two main types of Access Control - and at Maximum Protection Services we continue to set the standards in the security industry by being experts in all areas.
With our own in-house NSI Gold Category 2 Alarm Receiving Centre, we are able respond to triggered alarms within 12 seconds on average. We monitor all client systems across the UK 24/7 365 days a year. Any response to the triggering of a security system, which may consist of Intrusion Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV surveillance or an integrated system combining them all.
A boom barrier, also known as a boom gate, is a bar, or pole pivoted to allow the boom to block vehicular access through a controlled point. The tip of a boom gate rises in a vertical arc to a near vertical position. Boom gates are often counterweighted, so the pole is easily tipped. Boom gates are often paired either end to end or offset appropriately to block traffic in both directions.
