During this time he has worked at various tattoo shops around Austin. Quan decided to quit and open his own shop so he could really focus on his customers and spend as long as he wants to create fantastic art for every individual. Quan feels that each tattoo should be original and exactly what the customer wants - no matter how long it takes to make it perfect.

Quan is both the owner and artist - so we can offer a little lower prices because we don't have to split the profits with "the house." We are in it for the artwork - not the money. Animated World does provide some flash art in books - but not much. We prefer to create custom art. Quan has been studying illustration for over 26 years.

Best artist I have found. I got multiple tattoos from Quan. I will be going back until he quits or I run out of room. I have brought many people to him and have handed out lots of business cards. I believe that much of Quan.

The artistry is awesome. I told him what I wanted, he drew it and it was as if he could see the picture in my mind. He advised. Me as to the best place to put it ...my leg above the ankle. I have had so many compliments rregarding how beautiful it is and still fresh looking months after he did it. Highly recommend him.

Quan had done my first tattoos. About 2hrs of drawning it out and 3 more getting it done. He was very patient and considerate with my input. Thanks to him I got my upper arm done tribal and showing off his work proudly.

In contrast to Atomic Tattoo, Animated World Tattoo Studio actually wanted our buisness. Apparently they also wanted the buisness of 20 some odd hipsters outside their store. This was a win win situation because these 20 some odd hipsters all wanted tattoos and / or body piercings. Despite the cramped quarters my friends and I were treated with grace and honesty by the nice folks there. BTW they have some special deal on Sundays.
