We found that you need a lawyer in most cases in dealing with this business. If you are not careful, they will take your money and then completely ignore you and provide neither product nor service. We spent $390.00 on a palate of stone and another palate of gravel, which included a delivery fee of $60.00. After a month of waiting for the delivery, I went back to Berner's farm, with receipt in hand, and asked for my money back. They refused. In addition, they have ignored the BBB in trying to mediate this dispute. Hence we had to hire a lawyer to get our money refunded. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT DEALING

I’m completely satisfied with stopping down to order 4 yards of topsoil and the impressive prompt delivery!!! Though it is quite expensive, the product was top shelf and they made my weekend much easier by getting me exactly what I needed fast for the landscape job I wanted to tackle. Berners is where it’s at, stop down if you don’t believe me!!!

When I called, the girl on the phone was friendly and stated that they had the plants I was looking for, yet upon arrival(20min later) they did not have them. My family was dismissed when asking for help by one associate and ignored by 2 others. I am disheartened to see how people acted at this business when someone is looking for help. Our goal in this trip was to teach my son about growing vegetables, unfortunately that was not the case today. I will not support this "business" in the future.
