NO SHOW!!! I called a few days early to book ride to airport. Set up pick up with owner. But I received no email or text. No reply to my attempts to confirm the day before. No follow up. No communication. No show. Because this was all so fishy, I had a back up option arranged. If not I'd have missed flight.

Recently I was cutting it close getting to the airport to rent a car before the desk closed. I explained everything to Max and he was awesome! I'm sure he could tell that I was VERY anxious to get there on time and he got me there with time to spare, all while calmly reassuring me that we would indeed get there. Thank you so so so much Max!
