As you know, I have been in pain management pain for some time. Before being your patient, I was previously treated in Carmel, IN for approximately 10 years. I was diagnosed with SLE (Lupus) almost 20 years ago. The disease primarily attacks my joints but has caused my body to attack my kidneys as well.

Summit Pain Management is where doctors who understand individual problems reside. I always felt like I was put in a box with everyone else and treated as a group, not as an individual with different needs. These doctors are human beings. They treated me like an individual. I was so amazed there were still doctors like them left! I feel so thankful for SPM! It's like day and night to me! Thank You All!.....Joe R

I was with summit pain Management for a number of years. But like the other people say the staff of little 20-year-old girls are very rude. Also if you could show concern about the way you are being treated they kick you out and blackball you so you can never get any help again my opinion stay away from them.

Friendly staff. They are concerned about my treatment and always check at every appointment how much of a percentage my pain meds are helping. Phone nurse is slow to getting back to me on certain issues and may have to call a few times to get answers. I have found much relief for my pain going to Summit. New injection clinic is nice. A bit of a wait to get your injection treatment compared to how they've done things in the past, but I'm sure they are working on it.

The doctors do a great job with procedures and bedside manner, but, every visit takes too long to be seen. It's not unusual to be called back to see the doctor 45 minutes to over an hour after scheduled appointment. They expect patients to arrive early for paperwork etc, I expect my appointment time to be respected.

I just read a bad review for Dr. Roth, I have been seeing the Dr. for some time now and told him I wanted to get off the pain medicine he in no way threw me under the bus, but worked with me by tapering me off the pain medication, the next time I saw him he still worked with me I asked if I could stay on them a little while, no problem at a much lesser dosage. I am now working on being off them completely its not easy but can be done with Gods help. As far as wanted to make money off you there have been times of no charge.

Summit City Pain Management is a joke. They only help you if they can make money off you or your insurance. My mother was a patient with them, getting opioids and narcotics from them on a monthly basis, as well as back injections every three months. She decided she no longer wanted to be on opioids and told her doctor, Dr. Roth, as much. They wrote her a prescription for a med without getting prior authorization from her insurance company and sent her on her way, on a Friday. The insurance declined the med and left my mother without any pain meds for more than three weeks, despite constant calls

I have been coming to Summit pain management for a couple of years now. I have seen Dr. Roth, Dr Straub, and nurse practitioner Dorinda. I have had several injections in my lower back done by Dr. Roth which has helped immensely. They are all very kind, caring practitioners who truly want to help you and your pain.
