As a top Washington, DC based wedding photographer my goal is to give my couples the most beautiful and artistic photographs of their celebration, while keeping the experience fun, light, and not interrupting the flow of your wedding day. Eli: I'm a wedding photographer originally from Massachusetts but now based in the DC area, where I live with my wife, two kids and two dogs. Eli: I got my start in filmmaking. On a movie set, there is a different hierarchy - the director has the vision, and all the members of the team work together to execute on that vision.

When it came to wedding planning, picking the right photographer was hands down the most important decision for me. I wanted a photographer who could capture authentic moments, but who would also wow us with some artistic shots. There is no question that Eli was the best person for the job. We cannot express how thankful we are for Eli Turner! I was told that it is especially important that you are not only pleased with your photographer's work but that you also "click" with one another, as he or she is the vendor you will spend the most time with at your wedding, and boy was that true! Eli is the COOLEST! He is super fun to be with, made us feel very comfortable (even though both of us were historically camera-shy) and he has an amazing eye. As a videographer, I have worked with a great many photographers in my time. When I hear I am scheduled to work an event where Eli is the photographer, I know the experience is going to be a great one - Eli respects other vendors while getting the creative shots he needs. He is always distinctly professional in his manner and the way he conducts himself on a shoot. I have seen some of his images and I am not surprised that that they are amongst the best in the Washington area.
