Originally founded as House of Hope Pregnancy Resource Medical Center, Guiding Star El Paso has over 16 years of experience serving the El Paso region with an amazing team of staff, volunteers, and community support. We are the sixth affiliate in a growing national movement to expand pregnancy centers into comprehensive holistic women's health centers by partnering with other life-affirming care providers under one roof.
Guiding Star El Paso partners with our community to provide education, resources, and support for men, women, and parents. We offer parenting classes and "Earn While You Learn" material assistance (diapers, wipes, maternity, baby furniture and clothes, and much more!)
We are currently developing a mentorship program for men, giving men the opportunity to talk with a positive role model "man to man" in order to honor men's crucial role in building strong leaders and therefore strong families.A FREE support group every Wednesday from 7:00-8:30 pm with information and support on topics including communication, values versus ideals, family of origin issues, conflict management, love languages, and more!

Guiding Star El Paso offers education on Fertility Awareness Based Methods (FABMs), also known as Natural Family Planning (NFP). FABMs can be used by couples to either postpone or achieve pregnancy and to monitor a woman's health. The staff here are absolutely incredible and very welcoming. I loved it. As a woman experiencing a first time pregnancy, this place was beautiful and comforting. No judgement. No rushing. And no stress. I also did my Ultrasound here and the woman who performed it was VERY informative and gentle - I was so happy and emotional with this overall experience I would recommend it to anyone who needs help and guidance with their pregnancy. At the end, they gave me a gift basket filled with cute and resourceful goodies and walked me out, congratulating me as I left. This place is perfect.

I had so much anxiety going to this appointment, and all the staff and nurses made me feel so comfortable. They offered so many programs and services that can be so much help for the community. Left with sonogram pictures and a bag full of little essentials that I may need. Highly recommended, Thank you so much!

I can’t thank enough for helping me out . I’m currently without insurance and I went in for a ultra sound. my experience here was a 100% satisfaction .! They went above and beyond the staff there made me feel so welcomed and loved. They gave me so much information and also sent me home with my own ultra sound pictures and gift basket for my baby. I signed up for classes also for free. They also offer counseling whenever you made need. The best part was how easy and comforting all the employees made me feel the moment I called for questions till the moment I left the

This is a great nonprofit pregnancy help center where all services are provided free of charge, including pregnancy tests, 3D ultrasounds, natural family planning and education, adoption services, community referrals, and so much more! They were able to help my wife with a free ultrasound and it was an amazing and beautiful experience. Their ultrasound technician is an amazing person, you'll love her!
