Daniel McGuire comes from a family that has practiced law for generations. He learned early that the way to best serve clients is to be honest and transparent in all dealings, and to always provide the quality of service he would expect for himself and his family. To this end, our firm strives to be the place our clients turn to first with any legal question or problem, knowing that they will receive guidance that they can trust.
Dan received his Bachelor's degree cum laude from Harvard University and his Juris Doctor from Penn State. Prior to founding D.F. McGuire & Associates, LLC, Dan worked at several law firms where he acquired a breadth of experience in the fields of business torts, contract, personal injury, employment, and securities law.
Harold F. ("Skip") McGuire, Jr. is proud to have been recognized by Super Lawyers for General Litigation, White-collar Crime, and Securities Litigation in New York from 2012 through the present day. Skip, who is a graduate of Princeton University and Columbia Law School, has been told he has an incisive mind, empathy for his clients' problems, a distinctive and effective writing style, and a keen sense of humor.
