Showed up 3 times during their posted "business hours" and the lights were out and doors were locked all 3 times. I called and left a message and they never returned my call. Sadly I took my business to Erie Pennsylvania to do what should've been done in my local area. Very poorly run business. I will never go back or recommend to anyone

There is such a variety of items to choose from, not just trophies. Rob, the owner is so personable. I bought a special item for my daughter when she graduated from college and found a wooden apple that Rob personalized by carving her name and graduation date on. Not your " normal" gift!
She was as thrilled to receive it as I was to give it! Thank you Rob!
