I rented a property through Patterson Price Real Estate, owned by J Todd Ladutko, for two years, after renting a sublet from him for 3 months.
Both times he was an outstanding landlord. He is a rather busy person but when the chips are down, he fixes stuff quickly if it is urgent. Examples: when I first moved into the sublet, I was concerned that the lock was not secure--I was able to jimmy it with a credit card. When I called, the locksmith arrived first thing the next morning to install a new lock. Response time was slower on non-urgent matters but the few times something went really wrong
