Rodi is simply "the man" when it comes to computer sales, repair, diagnostics, data recovery and/or PC set ups. I've purchased my last 2 laptops there as well as storage devices, monitors and a myriad of other equipment and he always stands behind his products. I've also taken "dead" items there which he brings back to life and he's done successful data recovery on things others said were not possible to do! It is my pleasure to give the highest recommendation to Rodi! I can't tell you how many years I've been using him for miscellaneous repairs and upgrades for home, kid's computers, and work. Maybe 8+ years. Then 5 years ago I wanted him to build me a home beast. (Picture attached) And that's exactly what he did!!! OMG this thing is the fastest monster I've ever used. Rodi was extremely attentive and kind to us. Came in having been referred by Best Buy for a Nintendo Switch charging issue-- thought the actual port was having issues charging, but it just needed a cleaning. Service was fast, professional, and Rodi did it for free! Was super nice and professional. I haven't been anywhere local for computer or electronic issues, but this was the place to go. Place reminded me of Mr. Robot, haha. Highly recommend!

We took our HP laptop computer to Best Buy (where we purchased it) to have the screen repaired. They told us that it could not be repaired and we should consider purchasing a new one. Rodi was able to repair the screen in a very short period of time. His expertise and level of excellent customer service were outstanding! Rodi was able to upgrade my older tower unit that still runs well and is quiet versus paying more elsewhere to replace it with another laptop. For less than a new machine, I have greater storage capacity with drive redundancy for backups and increased speed of operations. I am also in great shape for Windows 11. Very knowledgeable and does his best to meet customer needs with the best solution and least cost. I will continue to use RODI for my future computer needs and highly recommend his services.

Can't say enough about Rodi Computer Service in Allen, TX! I appreciate that Rodi knows where to draw the line on repairing old computers, and that he came up with a great solution getting me into a new computer. Other repair services would just milk you for whatever they could, but not Rodi. As with other reviews I've seen posted, I too found that I received great value, quality, professionalism, etc. from Rodi Computer Service.
