**UPDATED**
I went in to have a somewhat simple modification done on a $35 wrench that was a little too thick for the slots on the corresponding part.. There was some miscommunication about what I was wanting done and wasn't very satisfied with how it first turned out.. Initially I wrote 2-Star Review and admittedly I can be a bit of a "pesky customer" so I was probably a little harsh, because they reached out to me right away in order to make things right..
I must say that this was simply a cosmetic issue and didn't have anything to do with it's function.. Being a relatively cheap wrench I had
