I just think it's sad that insurance doesn't recognize TMJ as a problem and won't cover the cost of treatment. Dr. Bartlett was very patient and worked with me. Whatever I needed, she was willing to help me with. Dr. Bartlett went to school to learn about how to treat TMJ, no other dentist is willing to do that.

I was in orthodontic care for 4 years when I was younger. When they fit me for my retainer they used a plate that was too big and that's when my fear for the dentist came. The older I got the worse it got. I met Dr. Bartlett under business circumstances and then she talked me into making an appointment. I hadn't been to the dentist in 6 years.… When I walked in for my initial appointment. I almost walked out. The sounds, the smell, just everything.... Peoples hands in my mouth just freaks me out to the point I want to throw up. During the initial appointment I was able to get x-rays completed

Excellent experience from start to finish. The reason receptionist was so sweet. Being a former dental assistant I am so particular about my dentists. Dr. Bartlett and staff were absolutely amazing today. I can’t say enough good things. She is so easy to talk to and makes the extra effort to get to know her patients. That is such a wonderful characteristic. Logan was my hygienist and an absolute joy to talk to. She has a very gentle touch and I was so pleased with my cleaning. I will most definitely be back!

February 20th, 2021:
At first, my wife was in severe pain (which x-rays showed was due to a complicated fracture), but wasn't given anything for the pain. So, she had to suffer profusely through the two days until her next appointment to have a crown done. Funny thing, on that same first visit, we asked if the dentist couldn't just do an extraction, but she said she would have to send us to the Oral & Face Surgery place across the road... really weird. We trusted her words and judgement, so we made an appointment to have the crown done.
Upon completion of the crown, my wife did what was necessary

Saw another dentist for years and was unhappy with how I was treated. My family and I switched to Dr. Bartlett last year and couldn't be happier. Even our toddler loves going to the dentist. Great Doctor, wonderful staff.

I had my teeth whitened with Zoom Whitening today. Everyone was GREAT! My teeth are not the best (my fault) but nobody judged me at all and were so nice! Makenzie did great with the whitening and Sable helped a lot as well finding out some insurance information. HIGHLY recommend everyone here!! My teeth are white again! :D

I went yesterday because of a tooth that was hanging by a thread and needed to be pulled. I got there at 11:15 am, they did an xray and I talked to the tech for a couple minutes, I never saw the dentist. At 11:30 they asked me to come back at 1 so the dentist could pull my tooth. That 15 minutes cost me $89. I went back at 1pm and when I walked in… the receptionist asked if I wanted Nitrous, I said no, and then they said that will be $190! What?! So they wanted almost $300 to pull one tooth, and at no time did anyone tell me there would be another charge. i feel like they tried to scam me

I had a terrible tooth ache during Covid-19 crisis. Dr. Bartlett still took care of my needs by calling my medications in right away. She also got me into the office as soon as she could to take care of the problem. They have a caring office staff, as well. My children also use Dr. Bartlett, and they love her!

A switched to Dr Bartlett after using the same dentist for 25+ years. I was immediately impressed by the genuine friendliness of her staff. Once in the chair I was surprised by the differences in technology compared to what I had seen most of my life. I have also been impressed by how thoroughly she explains things, and how concerned they all are with patient comfort. I recommend Dr Bartlett and team for anyone looking for a new dentist.
