Our windshield was damaged by a big company and they said they would pay for the replacement. We needed to get three proposals one of them being in JET Auto Glass. Jacob and Elise were fantastic team working on my repair from a rock on the 91 Freeway. I got advise immediately on my call saying to repair ASAP. I noticed a nick in my windshield a couple days ago, but wasn't sure because it was so tiny and it was behind my Fast Track sticker, but today I noticed a crack line heading down towards the base of the window as I was driving into town. So I got on Yelp and searched for a window repair shop. I found JET Auto Glass and called them. They told me they were Mobil and could come to my place. Happy with my new windshield! I'll be honest, I initially decided to go with another company because they were *slightly* cheaper than JET. The other company ended up canceling on me 2 days in a row (last minute), saying both the windshields they planned to bring had cracks. I get this happens, but twice!? That gave me bad vibes so I decided not to move forward with them and book JET instead. This company was so much more reliable. They were flexible with scheduling, communicated when they were on their way, came out when they said they would, and were a cute husband/wife team- which I love

I found JET on Yelp and saw the reviews so I scheduled a repair for a quarter sized crack in the windshield of our SUV. Jacob came to the house and what a great first impression. He's extremely personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He went right to work and repaired the crack in less than 30 min. Jacob made it nearly disappear, it went from its original size to a dot about the size of a pen tip that I had to struggle to see.
