This company has milked me out. I was left in believe that my car will be shipped in short time to Germany like week or two. Asking for shipping date I got each time different answers and promises. Also a given estimated date of shipping were not held and was postponed for a later uncertain date with indication shipping can be delayed again. But after weeks and months waiting for shipment of my car in their warehouse I realized I must pay daily storage fees for each day my vehicle is awaiting for shipment in their warehouse. To prevent that my vehicle will be held for additional 3-6 months in

My overall experience is positive. Took 2.5 months to get vehicle to Albania from initial contract signing. There were few lean issues with their other shippers that was transfered to my shipping schedule. ETA was double the time agreed. Prestige communication was 5 stars, I received email reply same day everytime. Accounting was 5 stars they corrected a small title fee mistake immediately after addressed. Condition of car at time of arrival 5 stars everything inside vehicle I shipped was untouched. I will use them again and hope shipping time improves on next shipment and change this rating to

The absolute best shipping company I ever used! Customer service is fantastic and delivery was prompt! I have used other companies in the past that have given me nothing but problems and overpriced! Have sent 6 containers of cars to Europe and Dubai using Prestige. All cars arrived on time. Dealing with the folks at prestige is very easy. Dimitry is very responsive and helpful over email and Vlad is great and helpful over the phone. Also had amazing experience with Anastasia when sending a few containers from their Miami warehouse. She was absolutely amazing whenever I had any issues. Their price is very very good and competitive. Prestige is a great company and I look forward to working with them more.
