Bought a dishwasher in June. Stopped working in early July. We had them take a look at, they couldn't come until a week after we called. They said they needed to order a new board for it. They didn't come until yesterday, discovered they ordered the wrong part. Was Asked repeatedly if I'd spilled something on the controls. I said that water may have gotten in there because the plastic on the controls had warped. Was told that it could take up to 10 days for them to get the correct part. My wife went in today to ask about returning the faulty dishwasher for another model, she was told that the only

Very poor experience. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a solution or are in a hurry. I needed a replacement part. Was not greeted when walking in. The two workers did not acknowledge me until I told them what I was looking for. Instead of helping me get the part or even looking at it, I was told that they would not have it in stock and asked if I am sure that the part is bad. I wouldn't be there if I did not need the part or thought it was something else. I was then told to wait because one of the workers was busy helping someone else. The other worker walked away as well, leaving

Amazing customer service! They have a great selection of products in stock (even during COVID-19) - we were able to get all of our purchased appliances installed within 2 weeks of purchasing! The delivery guys were very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly and tested each appliance to make sure it was working correctly before leaving. They even switched the door on our the dryer to open the right way without being asked. Overall, we're very impressed and would highly recommend Heins to anyone looking to get new appliances. #ShopLocal

Very impressed! I initially called to schedule a service call for my dryer. I spoke to Al and he asked exactly what was the problem. I explained everything and he told me that he thought it was a part that was no longer made. He said I could go ahead and schedule a service call but he was fairly confident that due to what I described and age of the dryer that it would be a waste of money.

Two weeks ago our stove went out completely. We went to Heins Appliance to price a new one. The staff were attentive and answered all of our questions. They listened to what we wanted, helped us find what would suit our needs the best and put no pressure on us to buy something out if the price range we said we wanted. We went back 2when we were able to and purchased the stove we had chosen for what they had it priced at when we last visited. They were also very reasonable on the delivery price and removal of our old stove. They even let us set the delivery date after showing us the schedule they
