They figured out what Comcast not only couldn't, but almost made us waste money.
After we upgraded to Comcast Internet, it did not work consistently. Comcast technicians came out twice, and they both said the problem was with our physical cable: it was not good enough to support the enhanced signal required for Internet. They said we would need to run new cable from our garage up to our unit, needing to drill through the walls.

When you look for help on a project you look for Professionalism, Knowledge, and people who are easy to work with. Harrison & Richard are the pinnacle of just that.
I had a rats nest installed by BB & Xfnty and made me sick to look at it every time I walked into my guest room where I was told by Xfnty that was the only place my gadgets could be placed.
WRONG! even I knew that, but when H&R came by to review what I wanted and more important what I needed they were like a breath of fresh air. They didn't try to oversell me on anything and worked with me on exactly what I wanted

Our family room is paneled with re-sawn redwood that is impossible to replace. When we purchased our first flat screen TV, we looked for a resource who could install the TV without destroying our walls. I received a very positive recommendation for ALIST and asked them to provide a bid.
The ALIST team arrived with neat logo shirts, removed their shoes at the door and did a thorough inspection including available power sources. We accepted their bid.
The first installation had a number of difficulties, not the fault of ALIST, such as ungrounded power sources. (Ours is an old house.) ALIST
