Once a final site plan is chosen, we provide all site related design and permitting to take the project to construction.

I contacted Venturi to help with my due diligence portion of a commercial property I was considering buying. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Jeremiah got back to me and the depth of the information he was able to provide. I immediately could tell that they really know what they are doing and provide tremendous value to working with a professional to do things right from the start of a large project. This project did not work out for us, however I will definitely be using them again on my future commercial property purchases.

I was referred to Venturi by our local MUD director when I had an issue with drainage. Jose did a fantastic job looking for economical alternatives to the traditional retention pond and pump solution which would have cost us over $100,000. In the end we spent less than $10,000. Very pleased.

Venturi Engineers is a great company for civil engineering. Because of their size, they have little overhead, which makes them very affordable. We used them to provide the civil and structural engineering of a 7,200 s.f warehouse in Montgomery County. Jose was very knowledgeable on the permitting process for Montgomery County. We had our project design/engineered and permitted rather quickly. We will definitely use Venturi Engineers on our future projects.

These guys do excellent work. I work in commercial real estate and connected my clients with their team for some preliminary design work on a redevelopment opportunity. Venturi quickly turned around the required work, and even better...it was good! Quality service with excellent communication makes doing business with these guys is a no-brainer.
