For over 30 years, Charles Weber has testified and used as an expert witness in hundreds of litigation cases involving basement FOUNDATION REPAIR and DRAIN TILE TESTING in the circuit courts of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Washington and Ozaukee county. In 2000, Mr. Weber founded the Wisconsin Foundation Repair Professionals Association and has served as president of that organization.
In 2003, working with The State of Wisconsin and Municipal Building Inspectors, Mr. Weber helped to make Wisconsin the first and only state in the country to create specific standards for foundation repairs. These standards have been adopted by all major municipalities in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Doesn't it make sense to spend a few hundred dollars on an Independent Foundation Consultant who's only job is to protect you from spending thousands of dollars on unnecessary foundation repairs. Our foundation inspections include evaluating the entire interior and exterior of the homes foundation. We document our observations and measurements for your records. Most homeowners assume or are led to believe that if a wall is cracked or there's been water present in the basement repairs are required.

Mr. Weber was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Walked me through the whole process of inspecting our foundation and providing me with what he found. Was always available to answer questions. He was very kind and understanding of our dilemma. I would most definitely request him again and refer him to my friends!

I was able to schedule an inspection a day after making the first call which was amazing considering others I called didn't have openings for several days to weeks out. Also, Charles really is unbiased and independent from contractor affiliations. I appreciated his honesty and he provided maintenance suggestions apart from the requested basement/foundation inspection report. If you are looking strictly for an inspection and require immediate turnaround, I highly recommend Charles Weber.
