For over 30 years, Charles Weber has testified and used as an expert witness in hundreds of litigation cases involving basement FOUNDATION REPAIR and DRAIN TILE TESTING in the circuit courts of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Washington and Ozaukee county. In 2000, Mr. Weber founded the Wisconsin Foundation Repair Professionals Association and has served as president of that organization.
In 2003, working with The State of Wisconsin and Municipal Building Inspectors, Mr. Weber helped to make Wisconsin the first and only state in the country to create specific standards for foundation repairs. These standards have been adopted by all major municipalities in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Our foundation inspections include evaluating the entire interior and exterior of the homes foundation. We document our observations and measurements for your records. Most homeowners assume or are led to believe that if a wall is cracked or there's been water present in the basement repairs are required.
