If you want to flip houses like on all of the reality flipping tv shows, you are going to have to fix those houses up. That should be obvious. If it is not, you might want to look for another way to invest. If you are knowledgeable in construction and home remodeling you have the option to do the rehab yourself.

We used All Pro to refinish our dark brown cabinets to a white color. Crystal came over to help us find the perfect color that went with our granite counters. She helped us pick out complentary paint for the kitchen and connecting dining area too. She also helped us pick out light fixtures that matched the style of the house. The subcontractor who painted the cabinets did an outstanding job! He took his time and paid attention to detail. He also painted our kitchen, breakfast room, sun room, and another wall in the house. He did a great job. The subcontractor who installed the hardware on the cabinets
