I had a time pertinent project of huge sentimental value which required recovery of a corrupted hard drive. James went above and beyond in helping me. He was kind-hearted, professional, quick and a very good value for the services. More importantly, his genuine concern and expedience on our behalf were priceless. Highly recommend and will use again when needed...hopefully not soon though. :)

I came here a with an issue with my mouse. I was afraid I was going to have to buy a new laptop for my college classes, but James helped me fix it and even explained how I can fix it on my own if the issue ever came up again. Free of charge, and most other places would’ve taken advantage of my ignorance and made me pay and outrageous price. Instead, James was kind, attentive, and considerate. James is a GENIUS! And so, so patient and kind. You cannot go wrong calling Cumberland Computer Services to help you with whatever computer (or household tech) problem you have. If he doesn't have an immediate answer, he'll research the problem and figure it out. He is respectful of budgets and frankly does not charge enough for his services. Don't mess around...call James at Cumberland when you need computer help.

The Technician came out to my business after hours as discussed and scheduled. Fixed me up with newer equipment and increased my internet speed,functionality, and reliability.
