As natives of Santa Cruz County, we're all too aware of the damages caused by combinations of weather and unstable earth found throughout the Monterey Bay Region. Since 2006 we have specialized in foundations (building, repair, replacement), foundation leveling, retaining walls, and other types of erosion control as this type of work ranges from "could possibly use some work" to "desperately needed ASAP!"

Adam and his team went beyond expectations, and did a lot of extra work that was not in the original contract. We have a 100 year old home which required a gentle touch when lifting and fixing the foundation. Adam made suggestions along the way that added value, and managed to lift up this old beauty and keep her from falling down the hill. A great guy, an absolute pleasure to work with. He really subscribes to the motto: anything worth doing is worth doing well. He really loves and understands these old homes in the Valley, and his crew was friendly and efficient. I wish I could give this guy 10 stars. Adam came in with a competitive bid and then did all the work and more. Extremely helpful, and always going above and beyond what we expected of him. All the guys that work for him are efficient, friendly, and always cleaned up. Going with Adam was the best decision we made in our remodel process.
