Brian was a pleasure to work with. We made it very clear on what our budget was and we stuck within it even after adding on additional things (like frosted glass and crown molding, wine rack). The entire renovation including cutting down apart of our wall took maybe 2-3 weeks. Overall, we were pleased with the communication from Brian especially having a lot of questions along with the way. Whenever we had concerns or didn't like how demolition was going he made sure to take care of any issues. Overall, the turnout was beautiful and we are pleased with our decision.

From start to finish our renovation process exceeded all of our expectations. I know the owner personally and I can’t say enough good things about the service they provide! I got new granite countertops installed in my kitchen and they look great! They advised me on what countertops would look good in my home and they didn’t have any problems when I changed my mind multiple times! I recommend them to all my local friends!

I requested from my cousin a trusting home remolded contractor to remodel my girlfriend, and I's kitchen, and that is when I was introduced to Brian Rogers the founder & CEO of Renovate Tampa Bay, LLC. It was refreshing to work with a professional and transparent contractor that provided high-quality services. We were very happy with the result. This spring I had my house re-piped. After a major mishap, a pipe in the attic busted and flooded 60% of my home. As you can imagine, this is a stressful time for anyone. Mother's Day was around the corner and my family was coming to stay with me. I reached out to Brian and his team at Renovate Tampa Bay to see if there was any possibility of a rush for the job. He assured me the work would be done prior to my guests arriving. The guys at Tampa Bay Renovate came out to my home the next day and finished the entire job.
