Services
Irrigation Tech is a full service underground sprinkler system company, handling all of your needs. We can upgrade your existing system by adding new areas to the system or by changing outdated components. Maybe you want a moisture sensor or a weather station. We can repair and troubleshoot your system.
Irrigation Tech has installed hundreds and hundreds of Lawn and Garden Automatic Sprinkler Systems for homes and commercial properties over the last 35 years. Every installation begins with a free estimate so you are completely confident that you are getting what you pay for. From this information, and knowledge gained from an interview with you, we custom design a automatic sprinkler system specifically for your home and your needs.
Install a backflow preventer to prevent contamination of your drinking water and get up to code. These are required by the Health Dept to be on every sprinkler system. Add a moisture sensor or weather-based controller to your system and decrease your water usage 30-45% while simultaneously improving your landscapes health.
Irrigation Tech conducts repairs and troubleshooting for almost any underground lawn sprinkler system, whether we installed it or not. We have seven fully-trained, full-time service techs dedicated to service and repair of existing irrigation systems. Simple repairs, such as a broken sprinkler head, might occupy one service technician for 15 minutes.
Every fall, Irrigation Tech makes an appointment at a convenient time for you to come to your home to winterize your lawn sprinkler system. Winterization includes shutting the system off and removing all of the water from every zone of your irrigation system. This is done with a very large compressor to ensure that all of the water is completely removed from the system.

My irrigation system is hands down the best investment I have ever made!! This is my 4th home and actually the smallest yard. I was tired of trying to situate the sprinkler so that the grass was watered and not my windows or the road.
I had several estimates for an irrigation system and the reasons I chose Irrigation Tech was simple ~~
Tim walked the property and took actual measurements (others just “eyeballed” things)
Tim asked me several questions regarding my needs and expectations of the system
Tim took into consideration the large perennial garden in my backyard. Being a landscaper

We have a cottage on Keuka Lake which was requiring a significant amount time for watering. There were also times when we could not be there every week. We had made significant investments in landscaping to preserve banks leading to the beach which also required water for survival. This led us to web searches for contractors that might be able to install a system for us. We ended up relying on Angie’s List as the principal source for recommendations. Irrigation Tech receives straight A’s in all categories on Angie’s List. We also wanted a system that could be controlled and monitored remotely
