Marsha is a gem of a realtor. Lucky for us she is in San Francisco, and lucky that someone we knew wholeheartedly recommended her. This is my second time working with Marsha (on a sale leaving San Francisco, and now on a purchase coming back). Marsha is an extremely dedicated and knowledgeable professional. She was there with us for the entire process. I wasn't a first time home buyer, but the process is still unnerving.
It was great to have Marsha guide us through out the whole thing -- from potential options of lenders to potential issues on resale. She was honest about the homes, pointing out how odd some layouts were, or possible issues that one may not notice on immediate viewing.

I cannot say enough outstanding things about Marsha Williams. I interviewed 4 realtors but Marsha was exceptional.
