The problem is customer service. that's what those stars are for! from the contracted out pickup person to the guy that answers the phone. make sure you find your cycle dates so they do not overcharge you. i called last week to have them pick up, they the woman at the phone number on the porta did not even turn in an order. so now they guy who answers phone helllooww are charging me for a full month that i will not did not use and they the woman who took the order are at fault for not sending the order in. whoever that is. to bad you work so hard and your employees let the customer down.

This company does not care about the satisfaction of their customers. Due to a failure of their employees to email me the "paperwork" on Monday, I had to call again on Wednesday and pester them about sending me the paperwork to reserve a toilet for my 300-person event (the same paperwork they had said would be "on it's way through cyberspace shortly"). Then, on Friday morning (HOURS BEFORE MY BIG EVENT), they called and said that they would only deliver the toilet if I agreed to pay a $100 late fee since I had "failed to submit the paperwork" at least 48 hours

Faxed them a credit card authorization slip 2 days before my child's preschool cookout. It said it would be delivered on Friday in the authorization sheet. Friday came, no toliet, Saturday came no toilet. Now I can not get in contact with anyone to see if they're going to charge me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE.

I placed my order for a toilet three weeks in advance. Not two hours, mind you. Three weeks, because I'm a responsible adult (looking at your review, Heather C). The location where our wedding was taking place was an outside venue with no restroom access after hours. All-American Waste has THE_BEST prices for a delivered flushable toilet with a sink. Even though we only needed it on a Saturday (which would cost more in delivery fees), they delivered the unit on a Friday and picked it up on a Monday just to allow me to skip weekend rates.
