My husband who is disable was approved for services in March. It is May and we have been lied to, let down and frankly upset with the constant neglect! We were told of call backs that would be returned that were never returned and honestly care was not provided during the 3-4 days that the caregiver showed up. I’ve been a nurse 10+ Years and honestly am outraged that this is what our community has available to them for care services. Get it together people! Changing today!

Very disappointed in this company! I wouldn't let anyone I know use this company, or work for them. This company's management is a joke! They've not only messed up employment date, but I've yet to receive my last check from them.
I know a few clients whom are not satisfied with their care, they received from this company. They send out unqualified employees, who doesn't give quality care. Stay away, use another company!

If there was a no star option I wouldn't even give this company a star. This is the worst company I've worked for. The office is lazy and unorganized. They Iare hardly in the office, they don't do regular check ups on their clients abd they have no respect for their workers. I wouldn't recommend this company to any elder person in my family nor would I offer to send a potential employee to work for them. This is directed strictly to the Crossville Tennessee office.

Nathan Ford, one of the bosses, blatantly lied to an employee, saying the patient made a complaint when no such thing happened. He also made numerous empty promises to said employee, as well as taking away her previously known and scheduled days off, not providing the relief help that was hired in the employees stead in the first place. This is the work of the Crossville, TN office.
