PGS training academy is a flagship security training academy located in Lanham, Maryland. Our instructors are world class and master tutors with huge field and operational experience. Our training rooms are equipped with modern tools of learning and its ambience enhances cognition. Training is currently ongoing for MD ARMED/UNARMED, DC SO/SPO, VA DCJS, CONCEAL WEAPON PERMIT, OC SPRAY, HAND CUFF, BATON, CPR/FIRST AID.
PGS FINGERPRINTING SERVICES is an FBI licensed private organization equipped with state of the art LIVE SCAN machine for the procurement of background checks. Our well trained staff are courteous and proactive in carrying out their duties within the shortest possible time eliminating delays. Each officer must be certified by the American Red Cross in Adult, Child and Infant CPR as well as complete the American Red Cross 1st Aid Course.

This company is a waste of time I urge all officers to read reviews before wasting your time: SPO $17 an hour armed is a joke they’ll put an add on indeed for $20/23 an hour but at the interview it’s $17 then some guy tries to offer some 300$ Class for baton , handcuffedd etc when you can get it for $100 DO Not work

Lame company to work for! They try to put you on the schedule same day as interview & make you come out of pocket for uniforms. They don’t have any benefits at all. The office open @10 but the staff won’t arrive until 45 mins to an hour after. They will make you chase hours, & give you a schedule that don’t align with your personal life. This is WEAK COMPANY HANDS DOWN! Don’t waste your time💯💯💯💯💯

This company is a joke. The Major is a clown and has no idea what is doing. Even though they are suppose to be in the office at 9 am, they have a tendency to open when they want. There pay is not adequate they pay you like you are in the military on the first and the 15th of the month and dont care if you have bills to pay. I worked two weeks in the hole before I ever got my first paycheck. I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone. Organized and unprofessional.

LET ME START OFF BY SAYING IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! This company is contracted to secure the building were I reside however Police Guard Service officers are rude, unprofessional, lazy and untrained. These guards are bullies, who try to use their security badges as power. This evening a guard verbally assaulted my 12yr old son this push me to my limit and I knew I had to post publicly about this company.
