I rarely leave a negative feedback. This time, I have no other way to communicate my disappointment with regard to Drew. Two years ago, we had him build a library in Wilmington which took a long time but was very well done. Then, we planned to build other libraries around the house and Drew promised to prepare designs. Three months passed, no calls from him.
We went to his office and his excuse was he was very busy. Fine, we trusted him. Oddly, afterward, no call, no quote! But we still have confidence in his original plans.
