My wife had and appointment today in the local Ocala office for a free hearing test and they request her driver's license to make a copy. We refused and their attitude immediately changed. They took her back for the "test", after a few questions, put her in the room and after about 2 whole minutes, gave her the results. Then when I ask about the $20 Olive Garden promo card, they needed our address which was already on the completed form. When I tried to explain about my concerns with privacy and the driver's license, both the receptionist and the technician took on a seriously rude attitude problem

My husband has a severe hearing loss and needed new aids. We went to Tri-County because they had repaired his current hearing aids previously.
Most of these places are hard sell--you need new aids. Mayra did not give us the hard sell. Mayra and Kathy were very courteous and professional. The end result -- his new aids -- top of the line -- are on the way at an affordable price. Hopefully, they will perform well.
