Had a terrible experience with one of the reps in Jamaica NY. Was rude and blamed me for mistakes on their end. This is one of those companies you dread to work with. Would not recommend.

Wished I checked the Google before I dealt with this company. They quoted me a price, I paid for it (via wire transfer). Then once they had the goods in their posesion they came back saying that I need to pay more as « they made a mistake on the quote ». The quote was 50% higher. They also shipped the goods to the wrong port (LA instead of NY). So the cost was even higher than what a different company would’ve quoted me for.
To add to all of this, the goods were about 60 days late. Instead of 35 days it took around 90 days. I cannot stress this enough, how much this is a crook scam company

Horrible SCAM company. We had the same experience as the other review. We paid rushed air shipping. 1. They did not contact us to clear the shipment 2. When we contacted them they initially claimed they called us all week but we have no missed calls from them 3. They are asking for unneccasary IRS forms that can be used to apply for loans. We should not have to give out this information. 4. We are now paying to warehouse our rushed shipment because of their mistakes. 5. When we brought all this up with their agent "Anthony Potter" who claimed to have made the calls to us he then changed the story

Simply they should not be in this line of business in US.
1. Only accept money wires
2. Veryyy slow processing
3. No foots on the ground, just another outsourced to China run around attitude call center.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company all together. They have horrible service. They are very unprofessional. 1)They don't understand basic intercom shipping terms 2) they delayed my shipment be now clearing customs (which they should do with ddu shipping) 3) they over charged me. 4) then they refused to release my shipment if I didn't pay a second time. Then they delayed my refund. 5) there storage fee was too high.
