Excellent roofing company, easy to deal with. No heavy sales talk. Tom G talks you through all of the financial dealings with the insurance company. BUY Local! The service is better and the company will be there in the future. Excellent Owens-Corning product meant to last a while. Both gutter and roofing crew were easy to work with, worked quickly with professionalism.

Presidio Roofing was a total positive experience for us. They replaced our roof and gutters and we are totally happy with the work. Tom Grems made the whole process easy. Presidio went above and beyond in helping me get my new roof. Nick took the time to work with my insurance company to ensure the item details in my claim estimate were correct. No other company I sought bids from was willing to do this. They replaced my roof quickly and spent the necessary time to thoroughly clean up afterwards. I also appreciated that they repaired areas of my roof that were done incorrectly when the house was built, and followed up with my insurance company to ensure no additional out of pocket costs for me. I have never had a company treat us the way they have. I had so many issues with my home insurance and Tom was there every step of the way and was there to answer any and all of our questions. Very happy with my new roof and with the work ethic this company has. You will not be disappointed with them and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to replace their roof. My wife and I recently had a roof replaced which also included some interior work to replace the drywall ceiling in our garage and bedroom that sustained water damage over the years as well as interior paint and complete gutter replacement.
I have to say, Nick with Presidio is very professional and kept in constant contact with us during every step of the process from the initial insurance claim to full project completion.
