My husband went to their auction and bid on a wood splitter. Bid was 350 got up there to pay for it and they said it was 450. He said no and even had witnesses that said it was 350. The auctioneer said well I got a guy who will give 400 so its 450 take it or leave it. Won't go back to anymore of their auctions.

Well the auctioneers are entertaining . BUT you SHOULDN'T be bidding against the auctioneer as a bidder you cannot win without overpaying. I went to buy several things at this auction including the house but after he ran me up on several items I left during the auction and didnt even bid on the house. Not a good auction for buyers to buy things only good for the seller.

Devin, Tyler and Cody (and staff) at Diamond S definitely get the job done. I feel they went way above and beyond to make my mother's sale successful! Extreme professionalism is becoming a rare commodity these days, but this crew delivered 110% effort to get a great crowd, and the best prices for her. I have never been involved with an auction before, and didn't know what to expect. Tyler made things very easy for us, was patient in answering all of our questions, and even took my calls after hours. At the end of the day, we were more than satisfied with the bottom line. Their site says "buyer's premium 10% but MOST auctions don't have buyers premium." Yet, the online Proxy Bid is 6% plus "special fees". If you look at the "special fees", the buyer premium is 18% to place a bid online. Very deceiving. Just say the buyers premium is 18% and quit playing games. But the most disappointing is the listed items on their website for an auction doesn't necessarily mean it will actually be at the auction. So, if you are interested in an item you see listed and don't want to stand at the auction all day, you can pay 18% to bid online, or go to the auction only to find the

We worked with Diamond Auctions (specifically Tyler) to auction my grandparents' beloved belongings, car, and house after my grandfather's passing. From the get go my family and I were able to easily trust that Diamond had our best interests at heart. During a difficult time for my family, they made the estate selling process so much easier by handling just about everything with minimal effort needed on our part. D- Shipped package by UPS with all of my personal CREDIT CARD information on the outside of package. The box was poor condition and the tape on one side was not attached. Thank GOD everything made it . I was told that I would receive a tracking number and have to sign for the package. Left on the front porch with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. BE careful on what to expect.

This is the most deplorable auction service I have ever encountered. Just left an auction where the auctioneer was jacking the bid on a bidder and after raising the bid on him four times the bidder confronted him was told if he did not like it that was to bad . Needless to say that bidder left and I am sure will never return. Then I attempted to bid on an item raised the bid on this particular item @$15 and was told "I am not going to mess with pennies" This was a carpet auction that was sold by the yard and I was bidding on 180 sq. yards of carpet and increased the bid by .10 a square yard thus

Previewed an online auction numerous times decided to make a purchase sight unseen just off Diamond S Auction Company descriptions and photos.
Not only was it how they described it, the Diamond S Auction Staff made the whole process of purchasing, shipping, and receiving a very easy process!!!
