I stopped in for the first time the other day and had such a great experience that really exceeded my expectations. First thing I noticed was a genuine, friendly greeting rather than the generic 'can I help you find something' in a robotic tone. I live and work in Door County and I know everyone had a crazy busy season already...what I'm getting at is that is was nice to have great customer service because that's not always the case here. I had stopped in numerous retail businesses in DC that day already and every time I got a pointed finger to a bunch of burnt-out and dusty displays of sunglasses

I love my new hammock! Terry is very informative and took the time to answer all my questions. I purchased a complete hammock set up and I couldn't be happier. I will be making a trip to purchase more. I got a better price than if I had ordered it online.
They also keep some sunglass lenses in stock. Good to know if you damage one and need a replacement.
