Wish I would have listened to the one star reviews. Extremely unorganized when it comes to expected delivery time. The reps are not knowledgeable and sound like they are rushing you off the phone. Our order was extremely delayed after payment and confirmation of the specific arrival time. They called the day of expected delivery to let us know they hadn't even begun printing the items. Avoid at all cost!

In fact, he didn't even wait for me to thank him at the end before hanging up. 4imprint, you need to work on how your employees communicate with customers. Won't be ordering from them.

This place has been beyond frustrating to work with!
Let's talk about the 6 times we had to go over artwork. The artists aren't even able to vectorize your images you send, instead they remake them. I had to send them the fonts I used in my logo so that they could finally get it right, and they still messed up with spelling.
After they finally got my font, social media decals and spelling correct (6 artwork submissions later), Cassie, my representative assigned to me by 4Imprint let me know that they SOLD OUT of the bags I ordered less than a week ago and my order wouldn't be ready

AVOID AVOID!! HORRIBLE!!! Horrible company. NEVER PLACE AN order. They took an order from me that product already out of stock. I even verified everything over the phone call before placing order.They offer me replacement but when I picked one of the items offered they wanted to charge me DOUBLE! HORRIBLE BUYING EXPIRENCE!! I want to be issued a full refund for my unreceived product as well as the useless order we did receive. We ordered 24 hour note pads and pens with a promised in writing delivery date that not only was not honored, our rep has refused to answer any calls or emails about this order for days. You guys sent me notepads with no pens so they are as good as garbage as you need a PEN TO WRITE ON PAPER. never again.

Please do not do any business with this company. I wish I could give this company negative 5 stars. I was guaranteed my order would arrive on Friday 12/11 and paid almost $100 in shipping to do so. When I checked today to see what time it would arrive, it had not even shipped yet and estimated delivery was Monday. When I called to see what happened, no one had any clue what was going on. They then sent me an additional tracking number that said the package would arrive TUESDAY? Everyone in the company is telling me they have no idea what happened. I have never been more frustrated with a company

Update. They tried to help and fix the issue. I was very impressed by the willingness to try to fix it. I still wasn't as impressed with the quality of the end product as I have been in the past. This may be due to the issues in the country right now. But really great communication and willingness to help was impressive.

I'm giving them one star because the only easy and enjoyable part of this process was how quickly they shipped the items i ordered.
I ordered 50 bamboo cutting boards with silicone rings and sent over the image that i wanted to be engraved on them.
Once i received the cutting boards, the quality of the engraving was repulsive. The consistency of each engraving was horrible! None of them looked them same. Some of them were extremely light and could barely be read and others weren't fully engraved and some were both too light and not fully engraved.
Now, when i contacted them about

Indigo Stoney was the representative who helped with our company logo jackets. The jackets were a great brand name, Spider and are really great.
The printing was a great size and very well done.
The order process was great. Sent our logo, they sent me a color layout on the jacket for me to approve.
I have used 4Imprint before for company logos on our Thule backpacks and everyone still loves them.
I would highly recommend!

WOW. Michael Leet is amazing!!!
I know I put the correct color in the cart as I placed my first order, however, when I received my order, I got the wrong shade of blue. It was my mistake because the invoice said royal blue and not navy blue.
Long story short, he is reordering the correct color of my company jackets at no additional cost and I am jumping up for joy today!!! What a relief that is to tell my boss. :)

Had a great experience with customer service. The process was easy, they sent me the design to review and after adjusting it, they approved it and delivered it in about 10 days.
The problem was the UPS delivered our pens to the wrong address and we don't know where they went. We needed them the next week for events, so we called 4imprint and they immediately started the process of resolving the issue. They were able to reprint and send new pens the next day.
I'm super happy with the customer service and even though UPS losing the pens wasn't their fault, they took responsibility

I am now more than satisfied by this company's outstanding professionalism and quick response to resolve the issue that had occurred in my previous post. I received a quick response from both associate and upper management who assured me they would investigate the matter and sent me a brand new box that was perfectly sealed this time! Aanndd...I was also refunded. I was very satisfied and started thinking of future purchases while less then a week later I received a complementary jacket with my brand logo and two sincere apology letters from upper management. We've ordered several products from 4imprint. The artwork looked good and the items were good quality and well received by clients.
The main problem we had concerned shipping. We live in California but needed product shipped to a relative closer to a conference site so we wouldn't have to transport boxes around while traveling.
A couple of items were fine but a box of customized notepads showed up but they weren't ours. It was for a totally different company. We were short on time and had to submit a rush order to be sent directly to the conference hotel.

We placed an order for 1" black binders with custom art. The turn around time was fast. We received the shipment pretty quickly, but when I opened the first box, I realized that the vinyl finish was more glossy and from the picture online, I thought I was getting something more matte.
I needed the binder for an event that was a week away. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. Not only did they pay to have my order picked up, they sent an expedited order to replace all 250 binders with a more matte finish.
