Ms Igene did an absolutely stellar job getting my rental back to tip top shape.
They spent 6+ hours doing a deep clean and the results exceeded my expectations. Marco is communicative from day 1 and even sends a feedback report on areas of concern i.e. old grout/sealant, what a nice added bonus. Great job team Ms Igene! I highly recommend them.

Ms Igene is an amazing company. mark one of the owners is so OCD that all the maids really clean so we'll! I couldn't believe how much work they did in a short amount of time. They have 20 crews so they were able to accommodate a last minute construction cleaning for a tenant I had moving in. Mark said they also do air bnb cleanings, for me I need a lot of move in deep cleaning. Highly recommend

I can't say enough good things bout Marc & the whole team at Ms. Igene's. I hire them to clean my home, and I also recommend them to clean sets. They are extremely thorough and Marc is so kind. They truly care that the job is completed to your utmost satisfaction. I also have a sneaky kitty at my house, and they are always so careful to make sure the door to the outside stays completely shut the whole time they are here. I also always forget to get cash for a tip, and Marc is always able to handle for me using Venmo which is awesome! Definitely give them a call!

Ms Igene was hired to clean my house three times with declining results each time. The first time all the assigned areas were cleaned well. The second and third times the results were mediocre to poor:
Entry floor was still dirty when they left, no dusting, no windows (I paid extra for windows) no thorough cleaning of three bathrooms.
I had to do it all myself afterwards.
What did they do here for 3 hours? I think they do not want repeat business-they just want to collect their $350 fee without working too hard and go on to the next customer.

I hired Marc and the Ms. Igene team for the first time a couple of years ago and I feel sad I haven't written a review for them until now. They are truly not only one of the best house-cleaning companies I have ever worked with, they are one of the best companies, period. They put so much care and concern into their work.
I run an Airbnb and especially now during the pandemic, bookings are sporadic, very inconsistent, and even when I get a last-minute booking, the team at Ms. Igene always has availability! They're super-human!

They wanted to get the money first before they even show the property. What does "service" mean? You serve and get paid for that service. I understand if they request 1/2 of the amount once they show themselves at the property. I really do not understand getting money via telephone before serving people.

Update: I see the response from the owner claiming I never used them but I did, it was just booked under my boyfriends name who I live with. Obviously I wouldn't leave a review if I hadn't had them clean my apartment.

The price I was quoted by text was $25 higher than the "transparent price chart" on the website. I was offered a military discount but that still resulted in a price that was $17 higher than the "transparent price chart." I only asked for standard cleaning of these areas. When I questioned the difference I was told it was because of the possibility of multiple people using the common areas.

I was hesitant to allow a service to clean my house, but I was too busy to handle it on my own, so I turned to Ms. Igene services. I am beyond pleased with the professional communication and pricing. I ended up paying $120 for 1100 sq. ft. and 2+ hours, and the cleaners stayed until they were certain the home was clean.
The cleaners were very thorough in cleaning the restroom, kitchen, living area, and bedroom. I was very pleased with their service, follow up, and how long the cleanliness has persisted.

Laura & Veronica are house cleaning dynamos! They did Everything- top to bottom of our 2 bedroom house with pets (fur and dustballs around the house) with such attention to detail. They could probably find a tiny crumb hidden under the couch! And they work at lightening speed, too. Sandy, who usually comes, even lovingly takes care of my plants that had some stuff on and in between their leaves. These ladies did everything and did not miss a thing and were so pleasant too. Marc, the owner proprietor of this family owned professional business is in easy and regular communication

I requested service for a weekday evening. I called to confirm and spoke with Marc. I later received a detailed text confirming all the information. On the day of the service I received an additional text telling me who would be coming over and I was very impressed. Sandy and Mary were on time, courteous, detail-oriented and friendly!
I requested all the common areas and one small bedroom to be cleaned and wow what a difference. I am happy that I tried the cleaning service because I'm going to schedule cleaning more often. It feels great to have a spiffy home.
