Everyone is very helpful, friendly, compassionate, and encouraging. Dr. Grubbles is very knowledgeable and explains each everything so you understand. The 2nd day everyone knew our name and who we were. They make sure you know you are important and a priority no matter how busy they are. They are very good about making sure you are comfortable with the treatment and understand the process. I was not big on chiropractic care ( this is way more than just chiropractic care!! It's whole body care!) due to a bad experience and everyone was super caring and helpful. Now I am so thankful for the treatment

I'm so glad I chose Square One. Dr Chris and his friendly, professional staff identified and explained my back issues and set up a treatment plan specific to my needs. My pain has been greatly reduced. They gave me tools and exercises that I can use to help manage my chronic back issues at home. I would definitely recommend Square One to family and friends.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! First off, the staff are SO incredibly kind, and secondly, if you have scoliosis (mild to severe), then THIS is the place to go!!! I highly recommend this place. I am still in the middle of getting treatments, but I have already started to see and feel change in my back.

I attended another chiropractor for a few years, and recently moved so started attending square one. I love it there, they are all very kind and knowledgeable, and even though it’s only been a month, I am already noticing changes and feeling much better. They really know what they’re doing!! Over the past two weeks the Square ONE team has helped me work towards fixing my posture and relieving chronic pain. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours of contacting them and began PT soon after. They take a set of x-rays and show you exactly where your dysfunction is happening. Then they put together a plan for your treatment. Payment is up front and they ask that you commit to your treatment. It is worth it! All the employees at Square ONE are friendly, helpful, and efficient and you have a whole team looking after you. This is not your average chiropractor, I’ve been to many

I came in with severe lower back pain that wouldn’t go away! After only a couple of sessions, the pain was reduced immensely and now I have no lower back pain at all. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable and truly care for you. Their goal is to make you feel better as soon as possible! Highly recommend!

I am currently 7 months pregnant and have been going to Square One for the last few months. After my first adjustment with Dr. Chris, I immediately felt tremendous relief in my lower back, and the pain continues to decrease as I continue my adjustments. I was recommended Dr Chris by one of his patients. I have had headaches, and trouble sleeping on and off my entire life. Come to find out, I have on leg bone quite a lot longer than the other, as well as some issues with the curvature of my neck. I have been going to Square One for a little more than 6 weeks and have found that I sleep better and have less pain over all. Dr. Chris is dedicated to seeing that his patients get the care they need and give tools and instruction on how to maintain posture and corrections. Thank you to Kathrine and Karli as well.

I have been in an intensive treatment program since October and the results have been phenomenal. Dr. Chris takes the time to make sure you understand what your condition is and the course of treatment recommended. He also told me what the expected outcome will be. I started seeing Dr. Chris after I found out that there wasn't much anyone could do for the pain in my upper cervical spine due to the fusions at C 4-5, C 5-6 and C 6-7. One treatment was to burn the nerves (which I did over a year ago) and continued pain management. I was told that the burning of the nerves would last up to a year, seven months later the pain was coming back. I knew there had to be a better easier way then going through that whole process again. That is when I noticed a groupon coupon for his office. I figured why not see what he had to say.... I can not say how that one
