My name is Chris and I own and operate Forest Air Heating & Cooling LLC. I received my training through The United Association of Unions (America's foremost institution for HVAC-R training) by attending and completing their five year technical training apprenticeship program.
After completing my training I continued to work as a New York State licensed Journey worker for the next 12 years, I gained experience working on a vast array of HVAC-R systems.I later obtained my UA Star Master Award for Excellence in residential and commercial service. After 12 years I decided to gracefully resign from my union and start my own business.

Called Chris on Thurday at 5pm because our hot water heater needed to be replaced. He got back to me that evening and set up installation for the next morning. When he finished I asked him a question about my AC and he fixed that too! I am extremely happy with the service he provided. I will definitely use him again.

We had an issue with our central air that another well-known contractor told us could not be repaired and needed a completely new install. Chris came in, assessed the problem quickly, gave us a repair price that was significantly less than the other quote, and then did the work quickly and professionally. The system continues to function beautifully. Chris didn't just do really good work - he gave us a real price, options, and kept us from getting ripped off. Don't use anyone else for HVAC.

My furnace wasn’t working properly so I called This company (Chris). Due to the issues at hand he made my appointment less then 24 later. He came to my home and troubleshot the issues. Upon his complete inspection found that this furnace was not deemed proper unsafe for a home. So he did his job and shut it down. Even tho this outcome made for a… stressful day, he did his job proper and Professional. So a huge Thank You Chris and FYI I will always recommend his work to everyone. Great Job!!! It's not very often that you find a company or contractor that is honest, reliable AND does quality work at a fair price. Forest Air is all that and more. I first met Chris about a month ago when I contacted him about an estimate to replace my 62 year old boiler. (I got three in total) I was pretty sure I was going to go with Forest Air but was hoping to get through the holidays first... Wishful thinking. I woke up Friday, December 4th, the house was 50 degrees. The boiler had shut-off and wouldn't stay on even after resetting the burner. I called Chris at Forest Air, he came right over, serviced
