Owner of Hair Color by Joseph, has been a hair colorist since 1982. He educated for Clairol Logics and appeared in their educational video. He was one of ten chosen by Logics International, as a Master Colorist. Joseph served on the Goldwell Artistic Team for 2-1/2 years, traveling to various east coast and mid-west cities, teaching other hairdressers his methods.
After that, he stayed closer to home, in Westchester, NY and Connecticut, teaching colorists about Redken products. Hair Color by Joseph is located at 227 Bedford Street, inside Reflections Salon, which he owned and operated from 1993 until 2010. Now his main focus is on his clientele and offering them the very best in products and techniques.

The price of this service is upon consultation, as it is dependent upon the amount and length of your hair. Please keep in mind, your hair must be dry to evaluate the color. A corrective hair coloring situation may need more than one appointment to perfect the color. Maintaining your color at home with professional products is very important, for both the color and the condition of your hair.
1-95 from New Haven-Take Exit 8, go straight. Take right onto Atlantic Street. Continue until Atlantic Street becomes Bedford Street. Reflections will be on right. Take right turn, onto Forrest Street, to parking garage or parking lot, in rear of building. 1-95 from New York-Take Exit 8, make left turn onto Atlantic Street.

Joseph was the consummate professional! My hair color was an excellent match for my skin tone and eyes... aspects colorists in other salons never took under consideration... I had a truly wonderful experience under his care... his artistry shone in my locks, while his kindness and attention to my preferences radiated in my uplifted and affirmed spirit!
