Services
Many of our repair services can take several hours to complete which is why the majority of our repairs are covered for a flat-rate fee. Since we are a small family ran business we will always offer you the most cost effective solution and will never aim to sell you something you don't need or something that won't benefit you in some way.
If your computer is running slow, has never had maintenance, is experiencing errors or is suspected of being infected with a virus or malware we recommend having a clean-up done on your computer. Clean-ups are a flat rate of $99. During the month of March and September we offer a $20 clean-up discount to help drive the importance of computer maintenance while helping to offset the cost of regular maintenance for our regular clients.
We always recommend backing up any data that is important to you. If you only have one copy of important data then your data could be at risk due to hardware failure, viruses or accidental deletion. If you utilize cloud storage for important data then you already have a great solution in place. If you don't need all of the data on your drive saved you might want to copy some of your data to a CD, DVD or another external media drive such as a flash drive. If you need you would like to transfer your entire hard drive contents to another computer or device see our data transfer services. Note: We can only burn to a DVD if you the computer you intend on reading the data with has a DVD-ROM drive.
We will inspect your computer for hardware or software damage and will give you an estimate for the repair. This fee is WAIVED if you have the repair work completed or purchase a new computer through us. Through diagnostics, we will be able to determine if physical hardware is preventing your system from functioning properly, or if software installed on the computer is causing a conflict.

Last week, I experienced an emergency situation that required me to take my MAC to Jester’s. While I had not used them before, I had noticed the business location because I pass by the shop several times a week. The issue with my MAC was very challenging and required not only that the system be checked out, live, but that additional research be done to determine the issue and a resolution. I picked up my MAC several hours, ago, after two anxious day, and am using it to write this review. I was having difficulty with several computers (one was not working to capacity, the other just wasn't working). I had put off servicing them because I wasn't really sure the best way to describe my issues. Finally, decided to go in and was so glad I did. They were very reasonably priced, sent messages throughout the process, and explained everything thoroughly. Even better, they had a quick turnaround time! When I picked up my computers, a laptop and desktop, they thoroughly explained what they did and gave me a few helpful hints for the future.

I dropped my computer at work and it wouldn't turn back on. I actually contemplated just buying a new one because I thought it was completely broken. Because I had some important projects not backed up, I thought I'd give a computer repair a shop a shot! I'm so glad that I did! $60 and an hour later, my computer was back in action!

I've used Jester's for who knows how long and in 2016 my business computer system went down in my most busiest season! Even though I needed to have three different services done to get back up and running, Jester's went above and beyond in helping me find the solution and getting things back on track! Since then they have helped me build a whole new lightening fast system, been there when I need to print a contract and my printer jams an hour before a meeting and kept my equipment maintained throughout each year. I went to Jester's with my old laptop, hoping a good clean-up would get it back in running order. They told me it was beyond clean-up and recommended a new laptop over putting money into repairing it. They even provided a list of their recommended brands with specs, etc. I really appreciate the honesty and customer service I received. Instead of wasting my money on fixing my old laptop, I bought a new one. And now it's time for a Fall cleaning!
