Big mistake choosing this company. Set up is complicated. Customer Service is a Big Joke. I have dealt with 9 different Reps and 6 of them were very rude and condescending. The cameras are off line more than on line. Have to keep setting the cameras up (pairing) and I can't even check the 24/7 footage. I am putting up with it because i'm sick and tired of their useless customer service persons. I just waiting until I can buy a different system with a reputable company and then my nite owl crap will go into the garbage or wherever useless electronics go for proper disposal. Don

Clint was alright until it came to the last mile of the project. I had him run a few CAT6 lines while my house was getting remodeled and specifically asked that he come back after the walls were drywalled/painted to terminate the cable runs. He started the project while the walls were totally opened and left all the CAT6 lines unterminated.

Fast forward to the walls being finished - won't answer my calls, very limited response to text and trying to push out the final visit several weeks at a time.

He did a great job running the lines, but horrible job at finishing the project.

Clint was responded fast and patience to answer all my questions. I know my old DVR system has little problem therefore some companies are not willing to provide their service. Until the nite owl showed up on time.

I needed to have my cameras installed asap since we only had few days left before the move in date. Clint was very fast in responding to our initial quote and was very thorough during the walk through. Because of the move in date, Clint and his team installed the cameras for us on Saturday morning. Clint and his team were very professional, respectful of the house and did a very nice quality job. I would probably use their service again and recommended them to my friends.

We called different companies for an estimate! We decided to go with Nite Owl For several reasons: Clint was on time, polite, and his price was affordable! Specially for small businesses like ours! He instructed me how to use the app. He was very patient with me! His crew was very polite. Very happy with his work!

I am very happy with the service Clint and his team provided. They installed security cameras at my residence and were very fast, efficient, and friendly. Clint provided great communication during the proposal process and during the installation. After installation, he insured everything was working properly. His proposal was very reasonably priced. I would definitely reach out to his company again for service.

Contacted Nite Owl Surveillance earlier this week and had the pleasure of speaking to Clint. I discussed a security camera system installation project for our residence with him and was very accommodating. Clint answered all my questions even after I informed him that I already had another company scheduled the next day, Thursday, 03/18/21. We had trouble with previous installer, I found Nite Owl on Yelp. Clint was prompt to respond to our message and showed up to review our needs. Clint's quote was more than fair and to completed installation and DVR set up was done in timely manner. I'm a jeweler and trust is a very important attribute to acceptance of a contractor. Clint is professional and hard working.
Installation also included set up and system training.

Nite Owl Surveillance is the best out there! I've used the Company at two different residents. Their work is phenomenal and by far the best. Thank you for always being consistent with your work.

Had Clint come give us a estimate and look at our home . I told him I had 2 other quotes he said he would beat them . Which he did on his estimate but then after we had a few questions on different cameras and Hard drives etc he then backed out of his estimate wasting my time and my wife’s time during the busy holidays. Extremely unprofessional being a business owner myself I would never of wasted anyone’s time and backed out of the estimate because a customer had questions and concerns about different equipment . Would not recommend at all

Nite Owl Surveillance installed home security cameras for us. I was impressed by the professional manner in which the job was handled. Improvement suggestions were offered which when implemented were superior to the performance of the old system. Our systems performance is excellent. We would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We have used Nite Owl twice for both of our warehouse surveillance systems. They did an excellent job! They used the best locations for cameras, training, on time and honest. Highly recommend them.
