The soothing techniques of Maya abdominal massage & visceral massage are an external non-invasive manipulation that repositions internal organs that have shifted due to stress, surgeries, pregnancy, or restricted breathing. Maya Abdominal focuses more on reproductive organs and positioning of the uterus, as well as the psycho-spiritual aspects of womb healing and herbal remedies.
Over the past 2 decades, I have studied and trained in indigenous energy healing, reiki, & intuitive energy readings. Each session is a weaving together of modalities making them potent and unique to each person, allowing for deeper levels of healing and transformation to take place in the subtle energy body.
The processes whereby our physical body incorporate traces of previous experiences. Embodiment may be physical, cognitive, or emotional and refers to the processes whereby a person's life experiences are literally incorporated into their body. Deep transformation occurs when we allow the body to process unfinished trauma held in the body.
In this course we will read from If Women Rose Rooted & Foxfire, Wolfskin and other Stories of Shapeshifting Women by Sharon Blackie and connect with the myths and stories of the lost feminine. We will work with the body, our direct connection with Spirit, to stay grounded and in our center, learn to connect with and trust our intuition, and learn to listen to our Wild Woman and be guided from a place of empowerment instead of fear.

I have been seeing Heather for a couple of months. I went to her because I have breast cancer with surgery and radiation. I wanted to prevent lymphatic edema. I have been very please with the results I have received from her lymphatic massages. She is a very calm kind person. I will continue seeing her because I feel so much better after I see her. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Having had six surgeries in the past due to breast cancer, being aware of the lymphatic system is very important to me. Heather is an amazing therapist that uses Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) to help stimulate proper lymphatic flow. Heather is very knowledgeable and at the start of my session went over what to expect and explained about the method she uses. It was a very gentle and relaxing therapy. I have been a client of Heather for 10 years. We have gone through a sore low back, a couple of rotator cuff issues, and many other little things that come from being a recreational athlete.
