If I could give it zero stars I would. They violated HIPPA by letting a nurse tech name Maria Enamorado work there. I’ve been going for a couple of years and my mouth has a lot of work to be done due to personal health reasons. Ms.María has gone to her church and personally given out information of me about my mouth state. She has degraded me in front of others. Last visit which was today she made petty and snarky comments about me and when I spoke to the doctor about it she acted like it wasn’t a big issue. Definitely don’t recommend if your mouth “has a lot of work to be done”.

Yup it was expensive, however not as much as other estimates I obtained.
Some dental establishments wanted to send me one place for extraction, then they would finish the job. Did not want that.
New River Dental is a one stop shop. They did it all.
Quality care from the front desk to the dental chair, then out the door.

New River Dental is the best in the area. I have been going to New River Dental for almost 4 years. The are always a friendly smiling face when you walk through the door. The service is always great and professional. Dr. Guess is amazing. If you are looking for a dentist in the area go and try them out. You will be glad you did!

We are visiting friends here and I had a crown come off a molar. Dr. Grant-Guess saw me the same day I called and did a needed tooth extraction the next day. I have had three teeth extracted previously by oral surgeons but I felt Dr. Guess did a much better job, with less time and discomfort involved. Her staff were friendly, courteous and professional. If I was relocating permanently to this area I would definitely ask Dr. Grant-Guess to provide my dental care.

Such a great experience! I called them today at 2:30 needing a last minute consultation for an extraction and they actually got me in at 3pm and did the consultation AND the extraction! Affordable, amazing customer service, and very quick. Maria, and Kayla were SOOO SOOO very nice and welcoming and the other lady at the desk is the one who got me in so quickly! Dr. Guess was awesome as well! It was a team effort and I was very shocked and thankful for a completely wonderful staff. Although I had to get an important and visible tooth removed, they still made me smile! Thank you all so much!

Best place to get your teeth cleaned! The hygienist was very friendly. She took her time doing my cleaning and explained everything she found by showing me the images and structures of my teeth, sadly the cavities as well. The Dentist, Dr. Guess, is very attentive and amiable. I told her about the discomfort I was having from my wisdom teeth and she was able to extract those teeth the same day, caring a great deal for my comfort before and after the procedure. You can easily tell their staff interacts very well and makes a great effort to make sure your visit runs smoothly. I'm surprised

A very through and caring staff. I called yesterday around 4:30 p.m. because my wisdom tooth had been hurting for about 2 weeks. A tooth by the way, that they told me needed to be pulled when I came in for a cleaning this summer. But because I normal just leave my wisdoms alone and they had not really bothered me until now, I declined.
However on yesterday I tried to come in. Needless to say I couldn't, but they told me that I could be seen first thing this morning. So here I am.
