Terrible communication with warranty and their products. Their products do not do what they say they can do, and they have not backed them up. I've been dealing with the same issues for over a year and have been very patient. Now they want me to pay for another product to try and get something else they sell to work, over a year and several thousand spent in company's coming out to try to get their phone air 500 to work correctly with zero success. I can get wireless access points and 39 dollar hand radios from Walmart to work better at the gate access system. Their 1400 system will not work at
