Poured my blood sweat and tears into The Enclave. The company showed no appreciation, not once! Please DO NOT bring your loved one into this facility. They will be treated as just a NUMBER. The food is horrible, the house keeping is disgusting. The quality of care is far from good. Depending on if your loved one is lucky to get one of the great few aides and nurses that are employed at this sweat shop. The staff is over worked bc Kai the VP of operations would rather not spend money on staffing agencies but work the very little staff there is to death. We all know what happens when staff is burnt

Word of mouth and personal experiences go very far in the real world...your reputation doesn't matter and the fact you have so many employees saying the same thing makes me see the truth of the matter...money over quality and respect for employees. Leaders lead by example, something the CEO and upper management have shown lack of concern for because nothing has been fixed or addressed. Eventually you will

This is a generous rating. They are the worst communicators in the business. Resulting in much neglect and stress. Nothing is ever simple for the family members
I suggest that you purchase a camera to monitor your Loved one. Because these facilities are Always under staffed and Very poorly trained. Find the best workers and hope that they don't walk off the job like most of the decent ones do out of frustration.🙄
In other words The Management is Horrible!
