Customer will accept full responsibility for contents of the roll-off container and agrees to additional charges if the container contains unacceptable materials. For more information on unacceptable materials. A fee of $38 per Ton over the ton limit will apply. Any overweight citations or legal jedgments against LMTH while hauling from the customer's site are the responsability of the customer.
Customer will notify LMTH when container is ready for pick-up. The rental period 30 days $10 per day after 30 days or $150 per 30 additional days, customer will be charged $35 for all returned checks. Customer is responsible for maintainig a clear and accesible path to service containers. Customer is Responsible for demages and cost related to damage to containers while on job site.

I wife and I have used them 4 times and everything, they are absolutely amazing. Customer service is great and the driver that picked up our dumpster even grabbed some of the stuff that didn't quite make it inside. Love them

Requested a dumpster from the company for some housework- getting the dumpster was the easy part. We called to have it picked up, were told they would send someone the next day with no ETA, and we figured it wouldn't be too late. After waiting 6 hours, we called to see when to expect them and were told within the hour. It was 2 later they arrived, and most of the day was already over. Seriously, an ETA would've been nice because we wasted a full day waiting.

I had a referral from a friend to use this company. I was redoing my yard and needed a dumpster to put all the debris in. I gave this company a call and was pleasantly surprised. They were professional and courteous. They delivered the dumpster right on time as I requested. Their prices were affordable, much less than me loading truck fulls and taking it to the landfill. They brought the dumpster and picked up once I was done. The only work I had to do was the actual yard itself. Thank you! Jeff & Stacey K

If you like having to call and remind the company to dump your trash. Then go ahead and use them.
In the last month and a half I have had to call and remind them to dump my dumpster 3 times. My trash cans have been on the road in the slotted time called for. They barely answer the phones and don’t return calls like they say they will. Plus I have watched them knock over my cans and not hesitate to walk away from them with trash all over the street and in my yard...
