Almost five weeks ago I contacted a Mr Lester Davis at All Care Services
which is advertised as a business involved with helping the handicapped.
He had looked at my stair chairlift , took it apart and proceeded to leave all the screws and wire and parts on the floor at the foot of the stairs. He did not clean up at all and left it all in disarray where I could have tripped on it or I would have to clean it up myself. He told me he was ordering a switch and would be back on Monday Or Tuesday the following week. He also offered me no show up time . A month later he had still not showed or called
