Excellent experience/service all around from the sales rep Michael Incavo to the office personnel to the whole installation team. Custom windows came in earlier than estimated and installation team of two trucks and 5 workers were professional and efficient.
Job was just recently completed but all in all 100% satisfied up to this point.
Highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever!! After measuring our window replacements... they ha e two that were completely incorrect. Our front door was also made incorrectly. Not only did the company not do anything to expedite the issues, they made us wait Alamo an entire year to finally resolve it. Multiple visits to our home and not much done.

Over a period of time, I had new Simonton dual pane windows installed in my home. I was very happy with their customer service, the window quality and the pricing. The installation process was always neat and efficient. I've had sliding windows, one sliding patio door and one fixed glass window installed. My only criticism was regarding the fixed glass window which has obscure glass. It simply is not obscure enough, but I'm not sure that is CA Replacement's fault. Overall, I recommend this company.

All the bedroom windows were ordered wrong. The sliders and exterior windows were installed dinged and damaged. Our slider was installed and doesn't have the exterior molding. To top it off all the interior finish work looks horrible. Joel came out to look at the work and was so unprofessional did not take any responsibility for the work. Julie from California replacement came out and was horrified she couldn't believe the work. She was with mike a Millard rep. Julie told me they will replace all the windows and

Last year, I ordered 13 Windows, a sliding door and patio French doors from them. I liked their service and price and things seemed to be going well. They gave me a 4-6 week delivery expectation. Two weeks later they called me and told me it would be 10-12 weeks due to Covid. Annoyed, but was ok, had to delay our painter buytwo months, but it all worked out.

We were listing our house and I wanted to get a new door put on. Understanding that there were going to be a lot of delays due to COVID-19, I made sure to start the process early with quotes and to give some wiggle room with delivery/installation times.
The sales rep that came out was friendly, and though their estimates weren't the cheapest, I liked what I saw from other customers that had utilized their services via their Yelp page. They were quick to send me the quote and I made sure to call in immediately after to put the deposit down to ensure

Browsing Yelp recently, I was surprised that I had not reviewed these folks yet. We had them replace a few windows in 2016. We had an issue with handle on sliding screen door a year or two later--they came out and fixed it for free. While they were here, they noticed a problem with screen door and fixed that as well.
Our neighbor used them as well and she was happy.

The best, hands down. Installation was so much easier than I expected with nine guys on the first day and maybe four to finish on the second as promised. Friendly and very competent, that’s my impression. I love my new windows and frames!! I thought we’d have to repaint and hire someone to replace the blinds, etc. Not so. Easiest remodel I’ve ever done. Worth the money. You get what you pay for!!

Cal Replacement Windows is great to do business with. I received bids from 3 different companies and they provided the best value, by far. Everything went smoothly from the estimating, follow up measuring, to the installation. I had a large job so the installation took two days but the team was very efficient and made sure to clean up when finished. I love the way my windows look. I would highly recommend them.

We were totally impressed and satisfied with Cal Rep Windows. We replaced all the windows and patio door in one unit of a 4 story condo building. Cal Rep Window representatives were knowledgeable of Long Beach City Code for new windows, including requirements for above 3rd floor. They also took care of getting the needed city permit. The window quality is excellent, their prices were competitive, and their workers were prompt and courteous. We expected this project to be a big ordeal, but instead it all went smoothly and according to the agreed time schedule.

I am posting my recent experiences with the teams from Cal Rep, Jimmy my advisor was excellent and patient, the ladies at the Anaheim store are excellent and always willing to help. Yesterday we had 21, 1984 vintage windows replace on our City of Orange home. Our installation team was headed up by Roger, Roger and the team performed highly professional work on our home. Roger and the team were on time, did high quality work, cleaned up and were done before 4PM. I have Zero finishing work to perform. While I won’t list the specific price, I can say it was VERY competitive. Thank-you California
