Tattoos are becoming increasingly prevalent in today's society, and are even considered mainstream. In fact, 3 in 10 American adults own at least one tattoo. However, as tattoos gain popularity, the number of tattoo regrets also rises with them. A2LTRS mission is to erase tattoo regret through the safe and effective removal of unwanted tattoos.
The decision to get laser tattoo removal is just as important as getting a tattoo. Check out our FAQ's page to learn even more about how laser tattoo removal works. When a tattoo is applied, ink is injected in the dermis, the deepest layer of skin.
Immediately upon insertion, your body's immune system recognizes the needle's puncture as a wound and sends phagocytes, bacteria eating cells, to clean up the foreign ink particles being inserted into your body. The phagocytes continuously eat away at the ink particles, which explains why tattoos fade and lose color over time.

Methods for dealing with unsightly and bothersome hair include plucking, shaving, waxing, epilation and more. Intense pulsed light (IPL) hair removal at A2LTRS offers a long-lasting and satisfying solution for people looking to get rid of their hair once and for all. We have invested in the state-of-the-art Astanza Liberty IPL system to perform all treatments.
Brown spots result from the irregular production and deposition of melanin by melanocytes (pigment making cells) in the skin. Some lesions are present at birth (caf au lait patches, Nevus of Ito, Nevus of Ota), but most occur with age or as a result of overexposure to the sun (age spots, freckles, lentigines).
All clients will receive an aftercare instruction sheet to take home after their tattoo removal appointment. It is crucial that you apply proper aftercare to your treatment site to ensure the best results. Aftercare helps against infection and unwanted side effects.
A2LTRS will do our best to perform safe and effective treatments with the most advanced technology, but it is your responsibility to ensure your skin heals beautifully outside of our Medical Spa.Apply Aquaphor or A+D ointment to the area 3 times a day for the first three days following your treatment.

I had an amazing experience with these folks! I went through them for six treatments on a tattoo on my chest, spaced out over a period of about 9 months. They were always ready on time, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes reliably each time. Although the process is a little painful, the person applying the procedure made sure I had my stress ball(s) and time to breathe between zaps, which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely go through them again if I decide to remove any other tattoos

I have been going to Melissa for months and she always does an amazing job. 100% satisfied with my results so far and glad to say my unwanted tattoo is almost gone! She has teamed up with the best over the years and is always kind, professional, and gives gentle treatments at each visit. I kindly recommend her services.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Prior to beginning treatment here, I had heard all kinds of horrifying things about tattoo removal (i.e. scarring, blistering, infections, possible failed treatment) and I am happy to say that throughout my treatment, I saw nothing but progress and positive results! The facility is extremely clean and well-organized. Each patient has a chart which keeps track of the intensity of the laser to ensure the best outcomes. Aside from great cleanliness and care, the staff is also extremely personable. They talk with you during the entire treatment process

Melissa has done a great job removing the tattoo, and yes, tattoo removal does take time. She is very accommodating in terms of scheduling and quite knowledgeable about the laser and the removal process. We have had very good experiences throughout this process and I would highly recommend Melissa for tattoo removal.
